UnivoCorp was born out of frustration. As HR professionals ourselves, we experienced firsthand how clunky, outdated HR software could make simple tasks feel impossible.
We saw teams drowning in spreadsheets, struggling with multiple disconnected tools, and spending more time on administrative work than actually helping their people grow.
So in 2023, we set out to build something different - an HR platform that's powerful enough for enterprise needs but simple enough for anyone to use. A tool that brings joy back to HR work.
