Terms of Service

UnivoCorp provides a cloud-based human resources management platform, including but not limited to employee database management, attendance tracking, payroll processing, performance management, and related HR tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.

To use UnivoCorp, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services to violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or transmit malicious code.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the proper functioning of our services, or use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others.

You retain all rights to the data you upload to UnivoCorp ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve our services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to upload and process personal data through our platform, including employee data.

Fees are charged based on the number of active employees in your account. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in our pricing. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated.

We may change our pricing with at least 30 days notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new prices take effect.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law. Upon termination, you may request export of Your Data within 30 days.
